A house in the 100 block of North Broadway

A house in the 100 block of North Broadway avenue, Lorain, Ohio circa early 1970s. The view in the photograph is from the north, quite close to the Lorain Harbor and Lake Erie shoreline.
The Reliable Truck Company and Matos Liquor buildings can be seen to the left (south) of this photograph.
It is not clear what the house number is, as the number cannot be seen on the house from this angle. It may be, per the 1973 Lorain (Lorain County) Polk City Directory, 172 North Broadway. No one is listed as residing at this address in this directory. This house was demolished in the mid-1970s as part of the urban renewal project of downtown Lorain.
As with other photographs in this series, the unscanned back of the photograph has the sentence "Buildings in NW corner - Broadway & W Erie". The name "Hank B" is signed below, also as with other photographs in this series.
