Broadway Avenue looking south from Fifth Street, Lorain, Ohio. The most prominent business in the photograph is the F.W. Kirby & Company 5 & 10 store, which was in business in this location prior to its merger with the F.W. Woolworth Company store in 1912.

This photograph was likely taken between 1900 and 1910. Several horses and buggies are visible in the photograph, as are the Lake Shore Electric Railway tracks. The photographer is unknown.
