Lorain Times-Herald building after 1924 tornado

The Lorain Times-Herald newspaper building was damaged as a result of the tornado that devastated much of the city of Lorain, Ohio on June 28, 1924. The newspaper office building was then located at 732 Broadway in downtown Lorain. Windows were blown out on both the first and second floors of the building, and lumber is strewn on the street in front of the building.
This information was written in an unknown handwriting on the back of the photograph: "Lorain Times Herald Building at 732 Broadway after Lorain Tornado of Sat June 28, 1924.
"Leather Lung Tommie Williams used to broadcast (shout) by megaphone election results etc. from a (nailed?) balcony that formerly was located to the right of the "bay windows". (Undecipherable) were hung in big windows on the first floor."
